Fees
$89 a session.
Every session is 50 minutes and costs $89, whether it is play therapy for your child, parenting support, couples, family, or individual counseling. The first 15-minute call is free.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of service, by cash, personal check, or any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
Do you accept insurance?
I don't bill insurance directly. I can give you a superbill, a detailed receipt you can send to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. It's worth calling your plan to ask what they cover.
Is there a free consultation?
Yes. The first call is 15 minutes and free. You tell me what is going on, ask me anything, and we figure out together whether I'm the right fit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give me at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged, but emergencies happen and I handle them with flexibility.
Your right to a good faith estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Make sure your provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service. You can also ask for one before you schedule. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
