About 26 miles, or roughly 40 minutes by car, and parking is free. That's a real drive on a school night, so we pick a time that makes it work. Sessions with children are always in person. On busy weeks, parents and teens can meet by video from home.
In person. GPS Therapies, 710 E. Main St, Suite 1, Siloam Springs, AR 72761. Free parking. Get directions
Online. By video from home, for teens, adults, parents, and couples. Sessions with children are always in person. Online sessions are for clients who are in Arkansas at the time of the session.
English or Spanish. Every session can be in English, in Spanish, or in both, and we can switch back and forth.
Drive times are approximate and don't count traffic.
Can the whole family meet in two languages?
Yes. A child might talk about feelings more easily in English, while a parent or grandparent is more comfortable in Spanish. In family sessions we use both, so nobody has to sit there translating.
What do Farmington families usually come in for?
- A child's worry, anger, or sadness that's starting to affect school
- Behavior that's getting harder at home or at school
- Family changes, such as a separation, a move, or a loss
- Parents who want practical tools and some support of their own
